These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Finox mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App Finox provides AI-generated financial insights, budget tracking, and spending analysis based on transaction information entered by users. The App helps users understand spending habits, manage budgets, and view general financial health trends.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, as it involves financial management. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases Some features require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Costs: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. AI-Generated Content The App uses third-party AI models to categorize transactions and generate financial insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrelated to your specific situation.
• Outputs are based solely on user-provided data.
• You should not rely on AI responses as professional financial advice.

5. Financial & Investment Disclaimer Finox does not provide professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• The App is not a certified financial planner or investment advisor.
• It does not guarantee financial results, savings, or investment returns.
• Calculations, "Health Scores," and projections are estimates for informational purposes only.
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional before making significant financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App for unlawful financial activities, submit false/harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer the App, or interfere with the App’s security.

7. Data & Privacy Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data processing as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Finox. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, if the App is discontinued, or if required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finox is not liable for financial losses, investment decisions, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or app data. Use of the App is at your own risk. This agreement incorporates Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
