These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Food Studio AI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Food Studio AI provides AI-powered image generation services, allowing users to upload food photos, remove backgrounds, and generate professional room photography scenes using artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features (such as high-resolution downloads, premium templates, or unlimited generations) require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Costs: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party AI models to generate images. You acknowledge that:

Accuracy: AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts, distortions, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee photo-realistic perfection in every generation.
Ownership: You represent that you own the copyright to the input photos you upload. You are responsible for the final usage of the generated images.
Uniqueness: Due to the nature of AI, similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

5. Content & Liability Disclaimer

Food Studio AI is a creative tool.

No Professional Guarantee: The App is not a replacement for professional legal advice regarding copyright or trademarking of images.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you create and how you use them commercially. We are not liable for copyright disputes arising from your use of generated images containing third-party logos or intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate content that is illegal, explicit, hateful, violent, or sexually suggestive (NSFW).
Upload images of rooms or people for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.
Attempt to reverse engineer the App or interfere with the App’s security.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data processing (including the processing of images by AI providers) as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, interface design, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Food Studio AI. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding the upload or generation of prohibited content, or if required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Studio AI is not liable for business losses, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated images or service interruptions. Use of the App is at your own risk. This agreement incorporates Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
